I just learned about the poetry form of the cinquain via http://dversepoets.com/2013/03/14/form-for-all-the-cinquain. Here is my first effort:
Definition
Cinquain:
five-line poem;
twenty-two syllables
laid out two, four, six, eight, then two
again.
